Oddicombe Beach certainly looked at its best today!

It was a beautiful autumnal morning with clear skies dotted by the occasional fluffy cloud, stunning visibility right across Lyme Bay and gorgeous autumn colours from the surrounding trees. It really was a perfect setting for todays sail.  If we could be a bit picky mind:  a little bit too much swell.

We did have to share the prom and beach today as Blue Cross was hosting Dog Day. It was well supported with lots of dogs having a great time running around the beach.

Results

• Tasar – Race 1:- Andrew, Race 2:- Gary (I think we should mention that Ben and Andy got a great start on race one only for the forestay to suddenly go and thus needed to be towed back to dry dock)
• Junior – Race 1:- Faye, Race 2:- Sarah, Race 3:- Sarah. As always, the juniors were commanding the start line and all their races were really close. Well done to you all.
