This practical course provides the skills and knowledge required of the competent powerboat driver and serves as the basis for the International Certificate of Competence. The course will teach boat handling and seamanship, focusing on low-speed close-quarters manoeuvres, man-overboard recovery, driving at planing speeds and practical knowledge of international collision regulations.
